Pain and Fibromyalgia Impact Questionnaire (FIQ) score showed both immediate and long-term (4 weeks) improvements. The neuromuscular function of the knee flexor and extensors and gait characteristics improved. 

SWV produces acute and chronic pain reduction and improves quality of life in patients with FM.
