This paper is to investigate the effect of postural balance ability on whole-body vertical vibration.
We perform experiment with 30-subject and divided two group. One group is training group with vibration the other is control group with non-vibration. Training group is supplied with whole-body vertical vibration 4-days a week and proceeded total 8-weeks.
The results indicated that whole-body vertical vibration can enhance the postural balance ability. This study can be used new training mode to normal people and rehabilitation or the elderly.
